I worked with Doorkeeper's founder and principal developer to bring iterative UX improvements to this communities and events platform.

Over two years, we refreshed Doorkeeper's design language, created a new identity, overhauled the onboarding process, designed a new free trial strategy, and redesigned the main dashboard.
