I worked on TokyoDev from its launch in 2019, helping Paul McMahon to grow it into a trusted reference for foreign developers in Japan.

This was a true 0 to 1 project for me. I contributed across the entire product: information architecture, UX, design system, up to the content strategy of job listings. I also built both the public-facing site and the custom CMS that powers it.
